What Is a Judgement-Free Conversation?

A judgement-free conversation is not a promise that every action will be approved. It is a commitment to listen to the person without shaming, mocking, or reducing them to one mistake or feeling.

Curiosity instead of assumptions

The listener asks what something was like for you rather than deciding immediately what it means or why you did it.

Privacy with clear limits
